I discovered Bache at Capital Audio Fest several years ago. Finally got a pair of Tribecas from Greg and tested them in a very difficult room (odd geometry/high ceilings) - which now sounds like a recording studio with the Tribecas. The architecture of these speakers is unique, very efficient, and they outclass the Focal Aria 936s they displaced! Greg is a great guy, extremely responsive and makes some cool gear.
After three months of researching over 30 speakers (I auditioned the O Audio Icon 12s, Klipsch Forte & Cornwall, and Spendor D9, among others), I finally bought the Bache Audio Sofia-104s. I was looking for detail and solid bass at moderate volumes to keep the music great without annoying my family, and these are perfect. I was sold the moment I first heard them. Greg was a pleasure to deal with he was also very patient let me listen to different models of speakers let me bring my music the speakers are fantastic they have a low end that's very smooth and silky the Imaging is out of this world on these speakers they are the Lexington / 002.
I stumbled on the Bache Audio showroom while out running an errand in the area. Without an appointment, and despite being interrupted in the middle of his work, Mr. Belman was happy to do an impromptu demo session of two floor standing speaker models for me and I was absolutely blown away by the sound quality and experience. I haven’t purchased a pair yet but I am very enthusiastic about selecting a pair of Bache Audio speakers for my next upgrade.
I purchased Bache speakers a few years ago, the model is Tribeca 001. I have been an audio enthusiast for decades and I can happily report that after dozens of speakers the Tribeca are the BEST that have ever graced my home.
