This office provides terrible service. My father’s Hearing aids were dropped off for repair and was advised 2 weeks. Started calling at 2 week mark and a week and 3 calls later was told they found them and would be overnighted and arrive in 2 days. It’s been a week and no hearing aids or explanation of where they are. I call everyday and no one is returning my calls. I asked if they could help me with my specific problem and they said yes, however they didn't do anything to help during the actual appointment nor give me advice. They kind of rushed me out. Giving three stars for the customer service though.
