This facility goes above and beyond. James, the director, is a warm and pleasant man who simultaneously runs a tight shape and makes sure that staff and clients alike are comfortable and taken care of. It is rare to find a facility where everyone is simultaneously highly motivated, professional, AND smiling, but they pull it off and make it look easy.
