Hidde was my physical therapist and was beyond amazing!! He was gentle, he answered my questions, he made me laugh, he explained what he was doing & why he was doing it and he listened. I was convinced that I was going to need surgery but Hidde gave me the tools to get my shoulder in working shape. It's still semi-tender but I can lift my arm all the way up, I do not wince every single time I need to move my shoulder. I was in tears on a weekly basis and Hidde fixed this. I would 100% go see him again!!
