Specifically called the company to order the correct components (read model and serial right off the unit to the staff), sent check in full, they Cashed check, sent wrong components, contacted tech support, they have pics of unit, sensors, and admitted to sending wrong parts, but refused to make right & send correct sensors, but instead, place another order…..NO. Make it right - and we would be happy to send the things back - once the correct items from the first order are received. Disappointed
