The receptionist making Joliet appointments is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. Rude, argumentative & off-putting. I first called the office at 10 am because I was to have a colonoscopy the next morning & the Dr. had changed the prep. I wanted to know if I should follow the directions on the box of the new prep or take it differently from the first prep he prescribed. Find another doctor... I have done everything short of driving to his office to obtain results from 3 different tests, he refuses to call me back after leaving messages everyday. Very unprofessional, I will need to continue my care elsewhere and have another doctor read my results. RUN from this doctor!!!
