I wish I didn't have to write this review but I feel it's important for future patients of this office. My entire experience would be too long to type and frankly I doubt anyone will read it anyway but stay away from this office. Seriously, if you have any other option for care, take it. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I was "scheduled" for an upper endoscopy but when the day came I found out from calling the hospital myself that i wasn't even on the schedule. This place has never picked up or called me back after leaving voicemails. How is anyone supposed to make an appointment when no one picks up? Ridiculous.
Dr Hamad has always been very caring with our needs. We have been going to him for 18 years. We really trust him.
Doctor Hamad is a very professional and knowledgeable. He explained me everything about my health and answered my question. The nurse (I am so sorry, but I don’t remember her name) was so nice and of course professional too! Thank you!
