I had a very disappointing experience at this business. I arrived with my service dog and was refused entry by the owner. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted in public establishments, and businesses are only allowed to ask limited questions. Instead of handling the situation appropriately, the owner denied access outright, which was both frustrating and concerning. I did my best to explain but still was denied entry. I always find the perfect gift here. There are so many unique things that you don’t see anywhere else. Great selection of cards, and the owner is fantastic.
