I am a repeat customer. And there is a reason for that. I had some low back pain that I could not get rid of that I had been seeing I chiropractor for years for. As it turns out, there is a muscle that goes from my hips to my low back that was so tight it was pulling me out of adjustment and causing a lot of pain. It is called the psoas muscle. Anyway, Heather was able to go in and get that to release in one session. And my back has been much better ever since. She is amazing and you will glad you went to see her!
Heather is amazing! She takes the time to find out what issues or areas of concern you have, and her knowledge of all the muscle intricacies is impressive. She'll massage your muscles in a way you never even knew were possible, lol. For instance, she massages/stretches the psoas muscle in the abdominal area, and it relieves pain in the back! Heather has helped me tremendously with all my muscle aches!
Heather is a wonderful massage therapist! She is VERY intuned to your body... so much so while I was in labor she was helping me with the back labor... she could tell the very instant a contraction was starting. She could tell and would stop massaging the very MOMENT it started before I could have changed my sound or face or anything in anyway that would let someone on the outside know a contraction was starting.
