I am very disappointed with my repeated experiences at this pharmacy. I don’t understand how a pharmacy of this size can operate with such a lack of attention to detail. I have filled prescriptions here multiple times, and unfortunately, there has been an issue almost every time. My medications were mixed up on several occasions, and I was once even given the wrong medication. yeah, pretty much they have no non-binary gender options on their app and make me use my legal name to pick up my meds for my TRANSGENDER HEALTHCARE MEDICINE, instead of my preferred name i use everywhere else in the healthcare system. it's not better than the cvs except for the wait time, because there's never a line there and they don't misplace my meds. but also it's all the way across town. PROBABLY it will eventually be illegal to not respect my gender identity, but yeah, it certainly feels like a human rights violation... read more
