We are beyond grateful for the support we received through ECI. They helped my son with his speech delay and guided us through every stage of his development all the way until he aged out. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my son’s progress. They always took the time to explain each step and made sure we felt supported as parents. We have seen so much growth because of their dedication, and we can’t thank them enough for the impact they’ve had on our family.
Our son was born premature and BACH has been essential to the growth and success of our son. All of the therapists were fantastic!! I could see they had a passion for their job and education which was essential for us parents. The early childhood specialist in addition to the other recommended therapies helped give dad and I a well rounded approach to helping our delayed kiddo. My experience with BACH ECI program was very helpful for my son to get him ready for his school the person who took care of us was non other than a amazing women itzel! thank you for your dedication and communication was phenomenal. if i can give 10 stars i would!!
We had a great experience with BACH ECI from beginning to end. Everyone we experienced was always professional and inviting. Danta the case manager always met our needs as quickly as possible! The therapist Itzel was amazing. My son went from barely saying anything to having an amazing vocabulary in 7 months. My son quickly warmed up to Itzel and would love to see her. This was an amazing clinic, but now they don't seem to care like before. The families are being pushed out. Once we had a nice, inviting waiting room, now we have 7 chairs out front. They have nothing that would indicate it is a children's clinic waiting area. Sad that it has gone downhill. The therapists are still good, but their hands are tied due to new management.
