I’ve been training at Bace for a few months now. I look forward to going to training and feel disappointed if I miss a day. I enjoy the mixture of strength and cardio. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The gym is set up well and has a good range of gear. Look forward to training there for a long time to come.
I have been going to BACE for nearly two years now and cannot recommend it enough. The workouts are fun with a great variety of classes and in a positive atmosphere. Trainers are helpful and supportive, and the mix of workouts has kept me motivated and consistent for the first time ever. I also appreciate this gym community-driven culture that genuinely values its members. I would recommend BACE to anyone and everyone at any fitness level!
I’ve just recently become a member of Bace and am really enjoying it. The staff and members are friendly and foster a very supportive and community orientated environment. The workouts are varied and can be adapted to suit any injuries or limitations you might have. As an older woman I don’t find Bace intimidating as everyone is there for the same reason, to work on your health and fitness.
I highly recommend Bace. The trainers genuinely care and encourage you to reach your potential. The classes are varied and fun. They make it easy to show up and work hard.
