I hate to leave a poor review but I feel compelled because the food should be much much better for the price. The good news is the nice atmosphere and solid service. The food is where it falls short. For example, my salad of pears, Gorgonzola, and candied walnuts should have been a beautifully dressed salad of Italian greens, ripe pears, walnuts, and cheese, all mixed together. Always a great meal!
This was just the place my daughter and I needed tonight! Service was prompt and polite. Atmosphere was classy and calm, the music was set to a perfect volume and was jazz. We had caprese salad which was refreshing and fresh on this warm summer evening. We had the pasta carbonara and the tagliatelle bolognese - both were divine and the pasta cooked just perfectly.
