We recently lost our beautiful 14-year-old furbaby, and the care we received from the entire team at Bacchus Marsh Vet Centre was truly incredible. Brit, Ash and everyone at the clinic were so patient, compassionate and helped make an unbearably difficult situation easier to get through. I had the worst morning ever this morning when we rang Bacchus Marsh clinic to arrange our old dog to be put to sleep. She was in pain and no longer mobile on her back legs. Lifting her made her distressed and I asked them to come to our house (which they did 4 years ago for our other old dog). They informed my husband that they don't do that anymore!! As a long term customer, both of my dogs have had expert, compassionate care at Bacchus Marsh Vets. They recently fit me in at a moment's notice when my dog suffered a trauma. The quick action was such a relief and I knew my best mate was in good hands.
