Wow, not only did they turn up promptly on a Saturday morning, they assessed and replaced my 25 year old hot water system within two hours. Nick was such a pleasure to deal with and explained everything as he went. So sorry I have forgotten his young off-sider’s name but he was also very pleasant. I was very happy with the price. Great service, I called up around midday, Jared arrived before 2pm. We had a broken external pipe. He had the job completed within 30 mins and it was $88 service fee and $73 parts (replacement pipe and seal), which was very reasonable (I thought it sound be much more). Couldn’t be happier, I definitely recommend Bacchus Marsh Plumbing and will use again when needed.
