On Mon 11/8 l called to book a wheelchair cab for a return trip taking myself and my elderly Father from the hospital back to his nursing home after having scans. When l called l was told 20 minute wait. We were comfortable and warm in the reception area of the hospital. I don't like writing my review for anyone, but I must share my terrible experience about the driver of Bachus Marsh and Melton Taxis so that everyone can read and please be aware of this serious issue which happened to me yesterday. I caught a taxi from Station to my home as I was just discharged from the hospital and too dizzy to wait for a bus. The taxi driver did not drive me straight home as the other taxi usually did. I just rang to book a taxi for early Thursday morning told the operator suburb and he didnt know where Bacchusmarsh was. So definately not going with them.

If you want to be stranded then book this company. Absolutely useless !
