If you want to be stranded then book this company. Absolutely useless !
Never get in taxi with Sunny. I use a collapsible wheelchair. Sunny would not help me carry and place shopping in car. He would not listen on how to collapse wheelchair. He did NOT wait for me to put my seatbelt on let alone wait to see if I needed assistance. He stank. When we arrived at my house, Sunny again did NOT help with shopping. He offered NO assistance nor did he ask did I require help getting shopping up driveway. Before I left footpath he was gone, speeding down street. I complained to company who rang me back. Really unhappy with the service we received on our wedding day on the 14th of March. We pre booked a maxi taxi to pick up our guests at 3pm to taken them to our wedding venue, driver was nearly 20 minutes late, it was very lucky I had organised a pick up a bit earlier than needed to allow time to get to the wedding before I (the bride) arrived.
