Had a great experience today after experiencing a lot of pain in my jaw and gums. Rom and Maggie were extremely comforting, professional and took great care of me. Having avoided the dentist for a while I walked out feeling like I would happily go back for check ups.
I was 10 minutes late for my dental appointment, having rushed straight from work. When I arrived, my dentist was visibly angry. While I understand her frustration, her reaction was aggressive and intimidating. She even seemed to notice I was scared and shouted, "What do you think I'm going to do, hurt you?" Amazing Dental team that explain everything, and are pain free as possible. Have a phobia about dentist, but have been 3 times over the last 18 months for different procedures and couldn’t be happier. Definitely the place to go if you have any worries.
Visited last Monday for second opinion for my root-canal, which was done overseas. Dr Vani was very knowledgeable and has wealth of experience. She explained my dental condition and made me feel at ease. Maggi at the reception was welcoming and helpful. Much recommended!!
Great dentist. Dr rom is awesome at what he does. The staff here seem to get along really well which makes for a relaxed environment
