Highly recommend! Purchased the holiday dinner with jerk turkey, callaloo, macaroni and cheese and stuffing. It was delicious!! The cranberry sorrel compote had a brilliant flavour profile that I really enjoyed, the callaloo was authentic trini style but could have been a bit thicker, the jerk turkey was moist and flavorful, and the portion size was good. I learned about Baccanalle from a "Vegans Who Snack" event. Their vegan/gluten free mac and cheese is simply the best I've ever had, even if you're not vegan. When making an order for Christmas, there was a slight error with the order, but Chef Resa was so nice to drop off the correct order for free. Outstanding food and service! Thank you :)
We have purchased Chef Resa’s dinners many times over the years and they have all been delicious. I was late in ordering Christmas dinner this year and she kindly accepted it after the cut off. Once I identified an issue with the order after pick up, Chef Resa dropped off a second dinner at our home on Christmas eve. Fabulous customer service and great food .
The sweet bread smells and looks amazing!! Can't wait to try it!!
