People there are rude, one time the lady even called me ma'am when it's obvious I am a man, even after I told her to not call me that, she kept on continuing. Never in my life I have seen employees deliberately insulting people in their face. Also more important, they haven't refunded me a ticket because of flight cancelation and it's been over two months. They kept on saying they would but they haven't. Terrible company.
Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I have never written a review in my life but this agency is so abominable that I feel a need to warn everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. To start off, when you call this agency they will answer by saying "Hello?" as if they couldn't care less if you called, very uninterested. Next, when you start to ask if they can help you the receptionist will cut you off and rudely tell you to stay on the line while she transfers you to an agent.
