This organization does not have good customer service practices. When you get certified with them, you are at their mercy when it comes time to renew. I sent in all my renewal documents on time, but I am now being charged a non-refundable late fee and have still not been renewed, all because their computer system could not see what I electronically filled out on the pdf form.
