After 2/3 years of happily using Baca's and recommending them frequently for treating our trees we can no longer do so. We were kept waiting for over 7 hours past our scheduled appt. time, had to call them ourselves twice as they didn't have the courtesy to call us- were told twice thru the day that their man was just running late- then we're finally told at 4:45pm that they would not be coming at all!! - no apology, no offer to make it right, etc. after an entire day waiting!
