Driver Barb was waiting for us even though our plane was almost an hour. Barb was efficient and personable.
Very Impressed with our chauffeur Jeffrey of BAC!! He was waiting on us at baggage claim with a sign with our name. He greeted us professionally and ensured we were comfortable as we waited for our bags. He removed our luggage from the carousel and taking them, led us to his Warm (Thank you), ultra clean vehicle, loading up everything, and giving us a sightseeing tour of points of interest, answering our questions, and welcoming us to the start of our Alaska adventure!
