Customer service didn't explain booking confusion regarding pickup (and never apologized) until eleven days after we took the shuttle and were back home. They also provided the wrong pickup spot at the airport forcing me to call them and move to another location. The driver estimated 1 hour, it took over 2. BAC Transportation was amazing. Our time slot for our transfer from Seward to Anchorage didn't have very many people. Instead of canceling it or postponing us, they send a small van. Even though we didn't have a bathroom it was much nicer. We all pretty much had our own windows to look out of. We could see everything. AND, our driver was amazing. We had a ton a luggage. He figured it out. AND, he dropped us off at our hotels. I would definitely use them again.
