All the drivers that assigned to myself and wife we prompt and professional. Everyone of them contacted us prior to arrival and assisted with taking our luggage to our hotel’s check-in desk. One individual even stacked our luggage onto a hotel cart and took it to our hotel room doorway since there were no assistance at the desk at this time. For drivers we had for longer periods each one worked with us to meet our needs for lunch and dinner times. Kudos to all of them.

They are extremely professional, punctual, and have clean, newer vehicles. We needed a last minute 4am pickup, and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend.

We used BAC travel for a recent Alaskan Cruise for transport of eight of us from Anchorage to Whittier. I highly recommend their services. They were very informative prior to the trip and their driver (Charles) was extra attentive. On time, as expected. However, they really exceeded our expectations for information support, the quality of their staff, communications, and value.
