Awful experience. The Receptionist and tech were both rude and were in a huge rush. Due to covid this was the only experience throughout my pregnancy where my family and fiancé were able to be present. This should have been a joyful experience regardless of whether or not baby cooperated with us. The tech had her wand in my belly for all of 15 seconds before saying “ well, we won’t be seeing her today.” She was rushing through the entire process. No 4D was attempted. RecommendedAwesome Experience!! The receptionist was very nice and very welcoming. The lady that did my ultrasound was very nice and professional! She thoroughly explained everything! The facility is very nice! The room was large enough for my family. They have several tv screens so everyone can see! They give you several images and a list with popular baby names! I absolutely loved the experience!
The lady was very professional and nice. She talked and told us the entire time she was showing us all about our new baby. I would highly recommend it was very pretty inside and clean most of all the women was highly professional and had a great personality.
Great experience at baby waves finding out the gender of our baby! You can tell Miriam really enjoys what she does, which made he experience that much more enjoyable! She took the time to go through everything we were seeing on the ultrasound and explaining what it was, which was so nice because we never really knew what all we were looking at when we went to our OB ultrasound! so very nice and welcoming . they have a ton of chairs set up and I'm sure there isn't a limit on how many people can be in the room ... there was that many chairs !!! I will recommend EVERYONE go here !!!! thanks for allowing me to know my gender at ONLY 14 weeks 💜💜
I would definitely recommend Babywaves! My husband and I had an awesome experience and loved how everything was explained. Definitely will be using them for future pregnancies!
Wonderful experience! When we went the u/s tech had some trouble being able to see our little one because of the position but she stayed patient and was able to tell us we were having a little girl. Clean office and bathroom. Very professional.
Friendly, professional and loving atmosphere. Great work. Amazing to see my bundle of joy.
