Their therapist were nice but Kim at their office doesn't abide by their own attendence rules and when pressed about her nasty emails she tried to justify telling a parent their reasons for rescheduling are not acceptable and hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after. I have now cancelled my daughter due to Kim, not the rest of the staff. it's very unfortunate for them.
