Poor customer service. I went in this store yesterday looking to buy sets of bows for my two daughters. I stood by the counter for a while waiting to get some prices. The store wasn't busy. The person working behind the counter was too busy chit chatting with another lady. This was not a customer nor was she purchasing anything. She never looked my way or I was never asked if I needed help or anything. After standing there for about 20 minutes with no help I walked out. I was never even acknowledged. Very disappointing.
