I had a requirement for a limited production vehicle which needed parts no longer made/stocked. After an extensive search, I realized recycled parts were also very rare across N.America. Sam at Babylon Recycling was helpful and very knowledgable on the specific vehicle. Sam confirmed they had the parts and we agreed on a fair price with local delivery included. Finalizing the transaction was very smooth and without any issue. Overall, I am happy with the parts received and the support Sam provided.
I ordered a part for a Prius inverter cooler assembly, I gave them the exact part number, they send me the wrong part, different number, send them an email, then was in contact via, text messages, now being ghosted now, even message them to refund my credit card and send me a return shipping label, no response, I have now filed a credit card dispute, to get my money back. I would never deal with them and would never recommend them. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from them.
Hello, This message is regarding the glass for a 2016 Kia Optima (the upper windshield/sunroof-related glass component). This part is very important and sensitive.
