Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from these people, they are crooks and not sure why they are still in business. If I could give zero stars I would. They are so fast to take your money but when it comes to returning your money because they sent a wrong part or the part is not right, they will never return your money. First and last time our company will ever use these people.

Babylon Recycling in Suffield is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They wasted two weeks of my time, lying every single day about an auto part I needed. Each call was a new excuse—parts not in stock, “it’s on the way,” or some vague delay, all clearly made up. The staff are completely disorganized, with no clue what’s going on. The place is a dump, with trash everywhere, and their customer service is a joke—rude and dismissive. I’m convinced they don’t even care about recycling properly. Absolutely useless, I would give them 0 stars if possible. Was waiting 2 days for them to pull a part, no call back, so I called and they gave some excuse about how it was a another lot and they were having trouble locating the vehicle then they say the will call when they get the part but don't know when. Total circus.

Great experience they had the part that required. They were even able to install it for me. Customer service was outstanding.
