I made an appointment with them to come and take a look at my house. The appointment was at 9am. They never showed up. I emailed them and they told me they had the wrong time, and asked me if they could do 11 instead. I agreed since I understand that it can happen to anyone. Fast forward to 11. Nobody shows up. Someone called me at 11:20 a.m., to tell me they were running late and could meet me at 12:00pm. I then said no. You don’t want to go with contractors that can’t even make it to the first appointment.
My wife and I decided that we wanted to update our Home that we lived in for the past twenty-five years.
