I came into my first Pilates class dealing with pretty severe sciatica, so I was a bit hesitant about how my body would respond. Kelly was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable with the movements and offered modifications when needed. Even after one session, I could tell this is something that can help me over time. It felt like a step in the right direction toward managing the pain, and I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing to come to classes periodically and seeing the long-term relief it can bring.
Joanna is an amazing pilates teacher. Her classes are both innovative and structured at the same time. She has a great way about her as a teacher and as a person!
I absolutely love Babylon Barre. From the second I started going, everyone has been incredibly warm and they make you feel so welcome. They offer many different classes. All of the instructors are wonderful and make the classes lots of fun. I’m so happy to have found this little community 🩷
