very rude attitude; not patient; want to charge $160 for a 10 minute inspection, also want to charge 3% credit card fee, when check out, while didn't notify in the beginning. According to Senate Bill 478, California businesses are required to disclose the total price for goods and services upfront.
I have been going to Moe and Ali for about 18 months and always found them honest and courteous. They make an effort to complete their work within the promised time. They also work with me on a limited budget, deferring things for now, or suggesting effective alternatives while ensuring that my car is running better when it leaves than when it arrived.
