I ordered from them in March and after 2 months and four emails, I still haven't received my order. I have gotten no email response or refund either. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They are CROOKS!!! Don't order ANYTHING from this company, because return process is a joke. To return any items you will be paying the price of items no matter what the cost is. So you end up sending something back and paying for the item you no longer have.

Item arrived broken and I never received any response from customer service via email or telephone to exchange or return. I waited on hold as the ‘first customer in line’ for an hour before hanging up. SOL with this company apparently.

Had confirmation of shipment Friday for a Christmas gift, had an email Monday stating my order was out of stock. That it’s just out of stock, we refunded you, regards. Will not be ordering from this company again...really wish zero stars was an option.

Horrible horrible customer service. We received the item I ordered, but decided it cost a little more than we wanted to spend on that item. I emailed them to return and received a response asking why I'd like to return it. 5 emails and 3 attempted phone calls later (was on hold for a crazy ridiculous amount of time) still no response. You guys seem to be making a great name for yourself baby haven!
