If I could give this spa a -5 star I would. This place is a huge scam. I purchased a package of 3 for laser and microneedling to treat acne scars on my chest and my face. I only used 1/3 treatments, we scheduled my 2nd round of appointments, I even received the confirmation text. When I showed up to my scheduled appointment the door was locked and the lights were off. Wonderful place with great customer service up until I found out it closed without notice to existing clients. I have credits from gift cards and was in the middle of booking an appointment to use my credits when communication stopped. I forgot about it for a bit since they had to check on their nurse’s schedule and I was quite busy myself. After some time, found out they closed. Tried to call, check website, their instagram page - nothing.
Great spa - would’ve been nice to be notified they are closed now. I’ve pre-paid for a package and it’s not completed or expired. I also have cash credits.
Booked an app on classpass and got to the spa at the time of my appointment, only to find out the business is closed. A bizarre and horrible experience.
