Went with my wife, first ultrasound they couldn’t tell the baby’s gender so they were nice enough to reschedule us, they told us we we’re having a girl when in fact we are having a boy. My wife bought a bunch of baby girl stuff and now that its a confirmed boy we’ve wasted time, money and worse of all had false hopes and illusions. Now we have to tell everyone the news and figure out how to return/exchange or sell baby items because the girl doing ultrasounds didn’t even seem qualified!
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a 3D ultrasound! The office was very clean and private. The tech was so sweet and had so much patience with my little one, who was not wanting to show her face and kept covering myself with her hands. Even still, the tech was able to get some adorable photos and the whole experience was something my entire family enjoyed! It was an incredible bonding moment for us all and each one of us loved being able to get a sneak peak at our new bundle of joy!
I regret every penny I spent on this low quality service with poorly trained staff. Every picture I received is so blurry and glitchy their not even worth to look at. I got so disappointed I lost all my enthusiasm to see my lil one half way through. The best I got was the 2d picture. The "tech" focused so much on getting face shots on a 20 week old pregnancy I got pixels and blurs. I wasn’t very impressed. It was an average experience. Went to find out gender but baby was being stubborn which is fine. But I didn’t get a pic of baby’s gender. We saw a quick glimpse between the legs but that was it. Tech told me what she thought it was but I feel like I should’ve gotten another ultrasound for free just to double check. All the pics I got of my baby weren’t that good which I understand was due to my baby being stubborn.
