HORRIBLE customer service – For my birthday I was given a gift of a 3D/4D ultrasound. I was so excited to see my baby. So my husband and I went to have the session done, and were saddened by the fact that we needed a "redo" But we came in for one and were CHARGED for the session to get the photos... AGAIN we were unsuccessful... The tech BRUISED my belly, and although we paid for 15-30 photos we only recieved 12 and of the 12 only 3 were decent.
