Hire with warning. The hiring process was clunky, pick up/return was also difficult, made more difficult with a lag in communication and return instructions. Take close up photos of your hired item if you want your deposit back as you’ll get charged for previous users damage like I unfortunately did and be left to supply Qld Hire with something they needed. We needed to hire a portacot at last minute and Jaidina responded to my call for help almost immediately. The process for pick-up and drop-off was simple and the equipment looked new. Communication was clear and prompt throughout without being excessive. Really can't thank them enough for turning what was going to be a difficult situation into a smooth, pleasant experience!
So simple! Really easy hire process with clear, simple to understand pick up and drop off instructions. QLD baby equipment hire were lovely to deal with from start to finish. I'd be happy to use their products again in future as they offer great value for money on hire terms for there quality products.
Excellent customer service by Jaidina and Brad! Very responsive to questions. Really happy with the prams we’ve hired - done it twice so far now. Great way to road test a couple of travels before purchasing. We were pleasantly surprised by the Joie pram - which we never would have thought to try!
The baby car seat we hired was clean and in excellent condition. Communication was great with Jaidina and Brad. They were very helpful. I will definitely hire from them again when the grandchildren visit.
