After spending over $16,000 on my kids treatments, they can’t seem to provide simple documentation unless I pay more! Those are patient records and belong to the patient and shouldn’t be held at ransom. Unless of course they have something to hide. The garbage retainer they made for my daughter after her treatment $8820.00 is absolutely disgusting! Avoid at all cost. Don’t be stupid like I was and get multiple quotes! Here comes their auto generated response they have provide others with very similar issues.
I took my daughter for a consultation which was close $400. It included photos, xray, and an exam. When I submitted it to Sunlife they would not accept the claim as there were no dental codes. I called the office and spoke to Lynn stated they were not a dental office and did not use codes. ?? Dr Baby is a dentist last I checked. She gave me the treatment estimate instead which did not show that my daughter had xrays or photos or an exam and no codes. My daughter is doing her orthodontics at another clinic. Absolutely the best!!!
They refused to share the documentation with my child's dentist unless I agreed to complete the treatment plan with them. Meanwhile I paid over $500 to get results. They also refused to let me go back with my child (she was young and nervous). Overall, I will be seeing another Orthodontist.
I am so very pleased with the results of my Invisalign experience!!!! So happy with how my teeth turned out and the friendly and supportive staff were just icing on the cake….(even though I would never eat icing because it’s bad for your teeth!) Thank you for making my smile brighter!!
