They refused to share the documentation with my child's dentist unless I agreed to complete the treatment plan with them. Meanwhile I paid over $500 to get results. They also refused to let me go back with my child (she was young and nervous). Overall, I will be seeing another Orthodontist.
I am so very pleased with the results of my Invisalign experience!!!! So happy with how my teeth turned out and the friendly and supportive staff were just icing on the cake….(even though I would never eat icing because it’s bad for your teeth!) Thank you for making my smile brighter!!

They refused to share the treatment plan or invoices with me for my son's braces even though they were provided documentation stating joint custody and equal parenting time and decision making. Compared to the new orthodontist they seem overpriced and bad at communicating. I see your reply Lesley. Are you the Lesley Moore who I emailed on Dec 1st, 2023? I never heard back from you.
