Sam was a post partum doula with our family for almost five months. She was so supportive, providing overnight support for about five months. She gave excellent advice regarding infant feeding, researched options for helping switch my baby to a bottle and eventually introduce formula, provided advice about childcare tools, and was excellent company during many late night feeds. Not only is Samantha knowledgeable, helping us new parents navigate newborn life, but she is extremely trustworthy and safe. Sam was so much help and gave us so much peace of mind that we weren’t doing anything wrong. The 4 month regression hit us hard and I made a decision very early on that I didn’t want to sleep train. Sam didn’t give us a quick fix or suggest something she knew we weren’t comfortable with. We received tips and tricks that worked with the style of parenting we had chosen, not generic tricks that could be looked up on the internet. We had a wonderful experience with Sam as our Doula! She has a warm and welcoming personality and a wealth of knowledge about breastfeeding, sleep patterns and everything baby. Sam really helped set us up for success and we would definitely hire her again!
