Let me first say, I came in because I went to the baby nails location in Oak Park previously about a week ago. I was unsatisfied with the color, contacted them a day later, plus 3 of my nails had cracked. I went to them to explain my situation and all they could do was 20% off. That left me a very unhappy customer. HOWEVER I went to this location in Lenexa and immediately had a WAY better experience right when I walked in the door. Addy is the absolute best! Not only is the final result always perfect, but he also takes extra care of my nails! They aren’t thin and brittle or damaged from an electric file like they use in a lot of places. Highly recommend!!!
