This company is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My family used them to move into our new house and gave explicit instructions of what not to touch in the moving process, and they still touched those objects and ended up losing them. They caused damage to the walls of the house we moved out of and tried to cover it by taking a portrait off the wall and laying it in front of the damage which now we will have to cover given we were renting the previous house. Do NOT use this company. They do not listen to your orders and they take your items. I told them to specifically not touch items in my house, and yet they did. They took part of my couch and admitted to having it but never returned it to me. I told them to not touch an item on my wall, and after dinging part of my baseboard, they took the item off the wall on the floor to hide their damage. Please please please do not use this company!! This price of this company definitely reflects their work. DONT USE
Movers broke furniture, scratched up items and left marks on the wall. They took my workout weights which I specifically said don’t touch, they took them from our townhouse and never brought them to the new house. They also did not bring our couch cushion to the new house. They called the same day and said they had it in the truck and forgot to drop it off and would drop it off later that day or the next day and never did. Movers admitted to having my couch cushion and have not tried to return it. Unresponsive service before and after move. Get what you pay for.
Movers took 20 pound hand weights and never brought to moving location and failed to deliver a necessary couch pillow.
