We used this company to move from our house in Houston Heights to downtown Houston in 2021. As a part of that move, we stored our stuff for several months over the summer. We were very happy with the move out, storage and move in. We are now prepared to move from our downtown apartment to a condo in Greenway Plaza and the experience has been night and day. At first I was not happy with them because the movers arrived at 1pm, when they were supposed to get there between 9:30-10am. They later explained the situation that the original mover hurt his hand and had to go to the hospital. We understood although we did have to change plans around. When they did arrive, they took their time to wrap all the furniture very well, very securely. They were very friendly and polite. They handled our furniture with care, which I really appreciated. I hired this company to move my house in Katy in August 2025. During the move, they damaged an expensive dining room furniture. They told me not to file a claim thru their insurance promising that they would send someone to fix it. I called them a few times since then and they have neither responded to my calls or sent someone to fix my damaged furniture. I would never hire them again or recommend someone doing so.

This was the third time we have used this company. The first two times were 5 star, no issues! This last time was an absolute nightmare. I hate even giving them 1 star…they don’t deserve it! Firstly, they damaged a pipe while disconnecting the washing machine. Flooded the laundry room and back entry. They did get a plumber out asap to fix the pipe; however the plumber had to cut the sheetrock to make repairs and baby Huey said they would send someone to repair the Sheetrock…they did not.
