We recently purchased a stuffed animal and have been waiting to receive it over a week. The provider is in Columbia South Carolina and we reside in Charlotte North Carolina. (1 1/2 hours a way) They chose to send it through USPS which sent it to DesMoines Iowa. As of this writing it’s somewhere in Indianapolis but the store can’t tell me where or when we can expect it. On top of that, they’ve been rude in terms of answering my questions as though I’m an imposition. I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company!!!
Love this store & love the employees. They are knowledgeable and friendly and never try to push certain products just because of a price. Couldn't recommend them more.
