I love this place! Amy is so kind and has so much knowledge. I really like that she takes the time to understand me and what I am looking for, and also customizes my services. Her approach is effective and she uses some really good natural products (I love the eminence products). I have been coming here for over 2 years, and can't say enough good things. Amy is quite literally the best in the business. I first learned about Spa Wailele because I recieved a gift certificate as a present from my MIL. I loved my experience and Amy so much, I went back a few weeks later and had the HydraFacial done. My skin looks so plump and youthful! She has some of the best products as well (Eminence and IS Clinical being some of them). Amy is so knowledgeable about all things skincare and is such a pleasure to be around. I will be back!!!
I loved this beautiful spa! The aesthetic is wonderful and the products displayed and used here are great! I was excited to see that they had IS Clinical and Eminence products! This is absolutely the place to get the best HydraFacial!!
The way Amy does the HydraFacial with the Vitamin C Mask from Eminence is amazing! She was able to reduce my redness and noticeably take down my inflammation in one treatment. She even took into consideration that I have reactive skin (I have a condition) and it went perfectly.
Finding someone who could give me my eyebrows the perfect shape, full and thick, was a real challenge. But when I met Amy, she totally nailed it! I also love her facials. I’ve been to a lot of spas in the area, but this is the only one that has delivered on the promises they make! I’ve noticed a big difference in my acne and redness since I started getting them and using her custom skin product recommendations! Best HydraFacial and custom facial around!
