Our experience from start to finish has been amazing! We had some questions we needed answering before making a booking and Miriam handled this very smoothly. The day of our son’s appointment we were greeted kindly by Mr Freilich who then went through everything with us at each stage. He was gentle with our baby (I think our son was more upset about being restrained than the actual procedure itself).
