Place was nice and clean, staff was welcoming. Baby was in a weird position and thankfully they were patient enough and tried really hard to get it to turn in the upright position. We got some pictures and couldn’t be happier with the services. Will definitely be coming back for a HD session.
I just visited yesterday and I had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I selected the Mini 2D package and got a little 3D preview of my baby, it was an exciting time and the tech made it easy and special for us. Since my baby had her back facing us, the tech was able to make her turn to the side where we were able to see her and capture some photos, We also purchased the sound of her heartbeat with a plush with an extra charge. Such an awesome day experience . The entire staff is lovely and genuinely happy to help you. Very clean and inviting place. We took oir kiddos to experience and see the baby and they were delighted. Overall a great place to go and share special memories with family.
Nice staff but horrible policy. I went today at 30 weeks paid for 3D/4D baby was facing my back and wouldn’t move. Although staff tried move him around and get him to turn he didn’t. I would have thought like other studios they give you opportunity to come back free since you couldn’t see baby but they don’t. Just beware if your baby is sleeping at time you are there or in wrong position you basically lose your money and get pictures where you can’t see anything. Your option is come back and pay again if you want to see them... read more
