Valerie in the office is very unprofessional, disrespectful and does not know how to speak to customers. I would not recommend this establishment save your time and money. Junior is a company representative and is quite the opposite of Valerie as he is very professional respectful and a pleasure to work with however the experience with Valerie does not outweigh the good experience with Junior.

Very disappointed. They worked on my Eagle Talon. Originally quoted me 5500 for the mechanical work. Ended up spending over 10,000. Car is basically back to where it was. Still can’t start it. Don’t know if they fixed the AC because it won’t even start. Was told they’d get my gauges working again and that wasn’t fixed either. Update: AC definitely doesn’t run. Got it running by replacing one of the coils they had supposedly replaced. Got a new MAF sensor which they said I needed to replace. When that’s plugged in it stops ru... read more

They’ve been helping me for almost 2 years now and honestly I couldn’t be more grateful to have this shop they’re reliable and the people treat you like family .. they’re not your typical car shop that’ll try to scam you or make you feel worried they will 100 percent take care of you . If you can hit up this location don’t event hesitate to think about it JUST DO IT !!! Love Bella 💗 love you guys thanks for the help 🙏
