We are very disappointed with our 18-month-old baby’s first haircut. The result was uneven—the sides were different lengths, and even the back was not cut at the same level. It looked terrible, and his siblings noticed right away. We ended up having to take him to another salon to get it fixed. This was supposed to be a special “first haircut” experience, but it turned out very disappointing.
We took our 18-month-old for his very first haircut, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The cut was uneven—the sides were noticeably different lengths and the back was not level. Even his siblings noticed right away that it didn’t look right. We ended up having to take him to another salon to get it fixed, after already paying forty dollars. This was meant to be a special “first haircut” experience, but instead it left us very unhappy.
Jessica was AMAZING! Very good with kids and patient too. I don’t understand the bad reviews, she was really good at what she does. Great customer service and was able to make my daughter very happy! 🥰 the salon is full of distractions to help with ensuring the kids stay still and entertained during their cuts. Overall she loved her new haircut and style as well, best part of the service was at the end she got a bag full of goodies, a picture (before and after cut) and a balloon!
