The overall quality of the photos is great, but Ariel is very dismissive when it comes to timeliness. She promised the pictures back in within 2 weeks and we waited more than 2 months, we received the holiday pictures way past the holidays, and she promised to give a partial refund back. It's been 4 months and never received anything. She will leave you without answering for days, and it's so difficult to get ahold of her. We had our daughters newborn pics taken here. They came out adorable! The photographer took us in on time, she was very good and gentle dressing and undressing our baby. The quality of the pics is what I was expecting!

Ariel Ribadeneira I never received the rest of my elopement photos and it’s been almost a full year. Any time I reach out, I just get ignored. My reply: First off I have tried multiple times and I have screen shots of text messages/calls/facebook messages from when I tried to reach out to you over the past year. Also my husband has tried to reach your husband and I also took a screenshot of it because I knew you would try and lie your way out of it. I’m not typically one to leave a bad review, but after the way we were treated during this process I’ve been left with no choice. My wife and I decided to elope in Colorado, this was a big deal for us as you can imagine and we wanted it to be special.
