I took my daughter to Babybangz504 on Friday for a twist style and provided a photo of exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival, I was told her hair was “too short” for twists, so the stylist braided her natural hair without extensions instead. Unfortunately, the style lasted only one day, despite wrapping her hair overnight. By Saturday, it had completely come undone. Very disappointing experience. I was super excited to go and become a consistent customer because it’s difficult to fine natural hair care, plus I saw all the good reviews. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Almost all the stylists - INCLUDING THE OWNER - talked trash about the clients once they had left the salon. And they complained constantly about clients who had a lot of hair (me being one of them) in our faces. VERY RUDE. Very unprofessional and rude. Should not be doing natural hair. Complained the entire time right in front of me. Never coming back. Prices way too high for such poor services.
