Apart from that this place is in the stix {though that's no excuse either}, I can't see how they stay in business. The food's absolutely dreadful. Clearly, this is NOT fresh nor well prepared by any BBQ standards [apart from perhaps prison-'food']. The shine was left on the ribs, which were more akin to having been boiled; they were mushy and greasy than anything that ever approached a wood / 'BBQ' preparation.
