Very mean nurses filed complaints about me for not letting them change my baby when I had my mom and friends there for support. they awfully complained about many other unnecessary issues if theirs which was me not wanting to wear hospital gown and socks I gave them a perfect explanation of why I didn’t want to wear their product, for one it’s makes me itch and I don’t wear certain material and so many other things to complain about. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You have people come here a day or 2 after giving birth just for no one to show up?! When you call they tell you to be there between 10am and 12pm for jaundice screenings and if the door is locked then call and someone will answer the door (which is weird because if you’re open then why is your door locked?). My baby refused to eat on Day 3 and Day 4 after returning from the hospital. I was desperate and after learning about the lactation clinic at St. Bernardine (10AM-12PM, M-F), I rushed there for help. The one-on-one consultation service was free of charge and very professional. My lactation problems were solved right and there. I went there three times for various reasons and it helped to solve my issues every single time. Definitely highly recommended to all mothers. A great community help! Thank you, Miss Amy, especially!
