Frank did the plumbing on a house we built 3 years ago. Last night the seal on a the hot water circulator burst so I called Frank. Since he was originally hired by my contractor, he refuses to come fix the problem, even though I had already agreed to his $500 dollar/hr fee. This guy won't even stand behind his own work. Stay away from Frank Babuska.
Con Ed shut down our gas on a Friday night at 6pm in below freezing temperatures. Not only did Frank call me back immediately (after hours) but he handled everything from filing for a permit to dealing with Con Ed directly - persisting with them while they dragged their feet so that he could help us get our gas turned back on and we could have heat in the dead of winter. Frank was unreal. My a/c line was frozen and I couldn’t get anyone else to come out for days and he came same day I called him. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and followed up quickly. He said he’d come between 230-3pm and he was there at 230 on the dot. Courteous. Safe. Awesome. Consider us loyal Babuska customers for life!!!
