I scheduled urgent blood work for a green card medical visit and was not informed that the doctor responsible for signing the results was unavailable, resulting in a significant delay. During the refund visit, a front desk staff member called me “nasty” and then made disparaging remarks about foreigners in Spanish to other patients, apparently assuming I would not understand. This was deeply unprofessional and entirely inappropriate for a medical office.
